Terri, the owner of Body Elements of Health, is a highly experienced and licensed massage therapist with 15 years of expertise. She graduated from Centura College in Chesapeake, VA. Throughout her career, Terri has gained a diverse range of experiences, from working in prestigious Forbes Five Star Resorts to specializing in chiropractic and sports massage. Her passion for her craft extends beyond her professional practice as she has also worked with the Norfolk Admirals Hockey team and taught aspiring massage students.

Not only has Terri excelled in her own career, but she has also served as the Director of the Massage Program at Centura College. In this role, she had the privilege of guiding and shaping the skills of exceptional massage therapy students, helping them embark on successful careers in a field she holds dear to her heart.

Terri's ultimate goal is to provide her clients with an unforgettable "experience" while prioritizing their individual needs.
